Quesadilla with a twist that cannot get any simpler: fresh tortilla, shredded cheddar cheese and scrambled eggs. It’s quick and easy with a wonderfully delicious side of sourcream for dipping.

The kit also includes a fresh fruit and veggie snack, a sweet treat, and a personalised LovinNote.

  • Tortilla
  • Cheese
  • Egg
  • Sour cream
You will need: 1 non-stick pan, spatula, oil
Let’s Begin

Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Frying Egg

Crack the egg into the pan.

Cook it for about 3 min until the white is set, then use your spatula to break the egg into small or medium pieces, flip and fry it for an additional 2-3 min.

When finished, place it aside on a plate.

Making Quesadilla

Gently wipe the pan from the previous step with a paper towel and add a little bit of oil.

Once the oil is hot, place a flour tortilla onto the pan.

Spread half of the cheddar cheese on one half of the tortilla, then add your prepared egg from the plate

and spread the rest of the cheese on top.

Fold the tortilla in half to cover the cheese.

Cook for 2-3 min until crispy and golden brown.

Flip the quesadilla to the other side and cook for 2-3 min.

The Best Part - Snacks!

Meanwhile, wash your fruits and veggies and cut them however your kids like (halves, sticks, stars,

whatever you have time for), add the treat and write your note with love.

Finishing Touches

Place the quesadilla onto a cutting board, cut into triangles or any other shapes desired.

Don't forget to include the side of sour cream!

Now your Lovinlunch is ready!
